Rock Band 2 drums will be real electronic drums too

If you’ve done the Rock Band drums mod that I covered a while back, you will definitely be happy about the new Rock Band 2 Premium Drum set from ION.

Looks like the new kit will add cymbals and was “built by the engineers at Alesis” who have made electronic drums for some time.  The pads on the new kit will be velocity sensitive witch means no more robot sounding one hits and can’t wait to hook one up too BFD!  The kit will supposedly around $300, witch is still pretty cheap for an entry level electronic kit.  We’ll have to see what kind of stuff can be done with it when they become available.

    HI, COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF IT IS AT ALL POSSIBLE TO DO WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISHED WITH ROCK BAND 1 + 2 DRUMS BUT USING THE REDOCTANE PS3 WIRELESS DRUMS WITH MY M-AUDIO MIDI 2 USB, USING CUBASE AS A HOST.. GREAT TUTORIAL BY THE WAY.. NICE ONE… CHEERS BUD,,, FILL…
